Diamond Martial Arts and Health has been offering instruction and training in Martial arts since 1994. With it's headquarters located in Coffs Harbour, NSW Australia and our sister school in Port Macquarie, Diamond Martial Arts and Health has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts.

Headed by Phil Monaghan (Master) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Dave McDonald, Andrew Skeen, Paul Meek, John Wyborn (Port Head Instructor) and Tanja Kraus. Diamond Martial Arts and Health offers a number of programs for physical fitness, self defence, and sport arts.
